What do the Irish public think about censoring music?

RTE 2FM DJ’s Eoghan Mcdermott and Stephen Byrne have recently called for the censoring of the word “faggot” from the much loved Christmas song ‘Fairytale of New York’ by the Pogues and Kirsty MacColl, while a number of US radio stations have dropped ‘Baby it’s Cold Outside’ from the airwaves, as the lyrics are said to contradict the #MeToo movement.

The City took to the streets of Dublin to find out the public’s opinion on the matter.
