It has long been suggested that playing games, specifically tabletop games, could be linked to positive benefits for a person’s mental health. 

William Nation, a mental health services professional, is putting this theory into practice at John Hopkins University.  

Join us as we explore his work and the benefits, he has noticed amongst the students who participate in the games.
